Before taking their first RIM class, students must take a prerequisite course or satisfactorily complete the exemption process.
PREREQUISITE:
- LIS 6080 Information Technology: Cr. 3
To complete the RIM certificate, students must complete the following 9 credits of core records and information management courses:
- LIS 6780 Introduction to Records Management: Cr. 3
- LIS 6800 Information Technology for Records and Information Management: Cr. 3
- LIS 8500 Advanced Records and Information Management: Cr. 3
